About me

I am an avid outdoor adventurer based in the Pacific Northwest. I was born and raised in beautiful Bellingham, WA.

I love being in nature, preferably in the sun, whenever possible. My favorite place is on or near a body of water, an alpine lake, or chilly Puget Sound. I also love to travel, whether it’s the next town south or across the county, as I have the constant need to explore.

Volunteering is huge to me. I volunteer for Shifting Gears and others, and I am an active board member and volunteer for The Airow Project.

For work, I do multiple things, as variety is the spice of life. As of August 2025, I have my Master’s in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an Adventure Therapy Certificate from Prescott College. I am awaiting my Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate credential and under supervision. I hold a national counselor certification. In addition, I am working towards becoming a certified clinical adventure therapist through the Association of Experiential Education. >>>I am actively building a business to bridge my passions in nature and adventure and experience in mental health to help others, stay tuned!
